1.4. Departures must be agreed in writing in advance. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.

2. Description of Xperiences

2.1. TruffelTrip Xperiences offers recreational, personally guided experiences in the Netherlands to adults aged 18 or over.

2.2. These services are not medical treatment, psychotherapy or healthcare. No recovery, therapeutic result, particular experience or guaranteed effect is promised.

2.3. Fixed packages: Private Solo (one participant) €995; Private Duo (two) €1,590; Private Friends (three) €1,990 or (four) €2,390. Tailor-Made is offered only after a separate written quotation.

2.4. Depending on the selected package, the Xperience includes approximately four to seven hours of agreed private guidance, the agreed fresh magic truffles for that package, a preparatory conversation and the described practical guidance.

2.5. Exact duration, party size, start time, guide and additions are specified in the reservation and final confirmation.

2.6. Accommodation, overnight stays, transport and any services not expressly included are excluded. Extras and their costs are agreed in advance.

3. Prices and VAT

3.1. All advertised consumer prices are total prices including applicable Dutch VAT.

3.2. The fixed offer is calculated with 21% VAT, provided Micro Groei is not covered by the Dutch small-business VAT scheme (KOR) and the tax classification does not change. Micro Groei has confirmed it does not currently participate in KOR.

3.3. The included fresh truffles are not invoiced separately afterwards.

3.4. Extra participants, alternative venues, additional transport or bespoke requests require written agreement on the total price in advance.

3.5. Prices cannot be changed after an agreement has been confirmed without a valid legal basis and, where required, consent.

4. Reservation and advance payment

4.1. Customers choose an Xperience, number of participants, Xperience Guide and an offered date and start time.

4.2. Customers also select an offered conversation slot within seven days, starting at fifteen-minute increments. The preparatory conversation normally lasts approximately thirty minutes.

4.3. Customers provide the necessary contact and reservation details and accept the applicable terms.

4.4. The entire agreed price is payable in advance through the offered payment methods.

4.5. Once the payment provider has verified payment, customers receive a written payment and reservation acknowledgment; this does not yet mean that the physical Xperience has been finally approved.

4.6. Paid reservations are conditional on an individual suitability assessment, the required operational conditions, guide availability and final written confirmation by TruffelTrip Xperiences.

4.7. If the provider cannot deliver responsibly or as agreed, and the customer does not accept an alternative, the full amount paid will be refunded.

5. Preparatory conversation

5.1. The preparatory conversation is included in the agreed package price.

5.2. Customers select a preferred slot within seven days and choose WhatsApp Video Call, WhatsApp Call or another method with an explanation.

5.3. The selected Xperience Guide confirms the conversation time and method by email.

5.4. The discussion covers expectations, practical arrangements and preparation. Where necessary, a separate appropriately secured suitability assessment will take place.

5.5. A conversation is not a guarantee of acceptance.

6. Participants and suitability

6.1. Each participant must be at least 18 on the date of the Xperience. Valid proof of age may be requested.

6.2. Participation is voluntary. Understandable information about the unpredictability and possible physical and psychological consequences is provided in advance.

6.3. Participation may be refused, postponed or stopped where the individual assessment or safe operation requires this.

6.4. Nobody may be pressured into using truffles. Quantity and suitability are not guaranteed in advance.

6.5. Do not change or stop medication without medical advice. Medical or psychological questions should be referred to a qualified healthcare professional. TruffelTrip Xperiences does not provide individual medical clearance.

6.6. Medical or psychological information is not collected through the standard reservation form or unencrypted email.

7. Magic truffles

7.1. To the extent legally permitted, the fresh magic truffles intended for booked participants are included in the package price.

7.2. Any provision takes place only under legally permitted conditions at the agreed location in the Netherlands, taking account of applicable law and the individual suitability assessment.

7.3. Cross-border shipping, collection for cross-border transport, or international delivery by TruffelTrip Xperiences is prohibited under this agreement.

7.4. Participants choose whether to use truffles. Choosing not to use them does not automatically entitle the participant to a separate reduction unless the law, circumstances or a written agreement provide otherwise.

7.5. Unforeseen circumstances or a suitability assessment may prevent the service from taking place; the refund provisions in articles 4.7 and 10 then apply.

8. Location, guidance and transport

8.1. The standard venue is Koningswinkelstraat 52E, 6301 WJ Valkenburg aan de Geul, Netherlands.

8.2. An alternative venue requires the parties' written agreement and verification that the venue is suitable and the activity permitted. Additional costs must be disclosed and accepted in advance.

8.3. The Xperience Guide remains sober during guidance and follows safety and emergency arrangements.

8.4. Participants must not drive under the influence and must arrange a responsible journey after the event. Any transport arranged by the provider is confirmed separately in advance.

8.5. If the agreed venue or safety conditions are unavailable, the provider may offer an appropriate alternative. The customer may reject it and receive a full refund.

9. Participant responsibilities

9.1. The customer provides accurate contact, participant and reservation information.

9.2. Each participant follows reasonable practical and safety instructions given in advance.

9.3. Relevant changes affecting suitability or safe delivery must be reported promptly. Sensitive information is processed only via the separately established secure procedure.

9.4. The provider may postpone or terminate an activity if continuing would be irresponsible. Financial consequences depend on the circumstances, fairness and statutory rights.

10. Cancellation, changes and refunds

10.1. Before the provider has finally accepted the physical service in writing, customers may cancel without charge and receive a full refund of amounts paid.

10.2. After final confirmation, subject to statutory rights: cancellation at least 24 hours before the confirmed start time is free with a full refund; within 24 hours, cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the package price, but only insofar as reasonable, demonstrably justified and legally enforceable in the particular case.

10.3. The same principle applies to no-shows insofar as a charge is justified. No charge contrary to mandatory consumer law is automatically imposed.

10.4. Requests to change a date or guide are accommodated where possible, only becoming binding on written confirmation; extra costs must be agreed beforehand.

10.5. If the provider cancels or cannot safely deliver, the customer may accept an offered alternative or obtain a full refund.

10.6. Where statutory withdrawal or other rights require full restitution, refund is made without undue delay and within the statutory period, normally through the original payment method.

10.7. Nothing limits statutory rights of termination, refund or damages.

11. Statutory right of withdrawal

11.1. Distance contracts generally carry a fourteen-day consumer withdrawal right, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

11.2. Some leisure services agreed for a specific date or period can fall under the exception in Section 6:230p(e) Dutch Civil Code.

11.3. This exception is not automatically applied to open-date, insufficiently fixed or differently composed arrangements.

11.4. Where withdrawal rights apply, consumers may withdraw within the statutory period without giving reasons, by email or using the online withdrawal facility provided.

11.5. Where legally required, the website provides a readily accessible online withdrawal option and acknowledges receipt.

12.4. The Xperience Guide separately confirms the actual call time and agreed contact method by email.

12.5. Significant changes, cancellations and refunds are confirmed in writing.
